I’ve been working for The Muscle Relaxers since 2009. I created the logo and branding and built there first website. This is now their third website and we will be rebuilding soon to modernize it and add some new features.
I implemented a gift certificate on the website several years ago and it has been very successful in combination with targeted email campaigns centered around holidays. The gift certificate system uses Woocommerce and took a bit of custom coding to get working properly.
I consulted with Ofelia to find her a booking and payment system that would work for her business and we settled on Vcita. While not perfect, it has been an effective solution for her to allow for online bookings coordinated between her multiple therapists.
Another interesting website addition was a custom constructed online intake form using a form builder in WordPress. This has allowed her to move away from her old paper system and have new patient forms be saved directly into her website database.
